Genaral Information
The estate is part of the village of Ribaritsa and an asphalt road leads you next to it. Ribaritsa is one of the longest Villages situated 12 km. to the east of the town of Teteven, 1 hour driving from the national airport in Sofia. There are a lot of holiday homes, country-houses, private hotels, and public catering establishments. It is among the key points of departure for hiking tours in the Teteven Balkan (refer to the Stara Planina Mountain related chapter herein). There is a regular bus line between the village and Teteven. The resort offers opportunities for horse riding, skiing during the winters, water sports and other sports activities.
This all inclusive estate located in a popular mountain resort. It offers 142 sq.m. of living area nicely distributed over two floors and a garden of greenery vast 1100 sq.m. The house itself is built during 1998 and has all the facilities you need for holiday time. There are three rooms and a fire place on the first floor as well as a good sized veranda (your perfect place for retreat). There is nice bathroom/w.c. with a bath-tube. Indoor staircase leads to the second floor where there are two bedrooms and a balcony. The house’s flooring is covered by terracotta tiles in some of the rooms and with "laminate" at the others. The walls are painted with white ‘’latex”. The estate is connected to water and electric mains. It is supplied with a septic tank and a local heating system. It is in perfect condition, only slight refreshment is recommendable. The furniture is also included into the bar gain. There is a basement, garage and a parking space available. The garden is planted with greenery, it abut on a river.
