This authnentic Bulgarian house stands only 7km. away from the popilar mountain town of Troyan in Lovech region. The city of Lovech is 42 km away. The capital – Sofia is 160 km away.The house was built in 1937. The living area embraces: On the Ground floor are three rooms and a corridor. There are wooden flooring, white-washed walls, windows, two-wing with glasses. The first floor has the same disposition. There is an internal wooden staircase.The house is supplied with electricity and water both in and outside. For heating both electricity an fire wood can be used.The house is in good condition, but needs general refreshment. An asphalt road leads to the property and provides year-round access.
