Charming house in Bulgaria nicely set up in a village only 35km. away from the town of the roses - Kazanlak in Stara Zagora region in the illustrious ROSE VALLEY, just next to the foot of the gorgeous Stara Planina Mountain. The resort of Pavel Banya with its spa water springs is nearby . One of the biggest dam lakes of the country Koprinka Dam Lake is also in the area. The house provides 85 sq.m. of living accommodation distributed over three rooms with wooden floorings and plastered walls and a corridor. It is brick built and has stone built foundations. There is a large basement of 42 sq.m. An additional outdoor building is attached to the main building providing other three rooms with wooden flooring and a spacious tiled bathroom with a bath-tub. The garden offers a fountain, trellis-vines, flowers, fruit-trees, big barn and several garden sheds, fenced. It definitely would be your favorite place you could take a rest. The estate is connected to electric and water main. It is supplied with a septic tank. Telephone line is easy to install upon request. For heating you could use electricity or woods. The house is presented in a good condition. However it needs rendering, some refreshing and mending of some slight cracks on the walls. The village has supplied food stores, nice restaurant, school, post office and cable TV, petrol-station and a train station only one km. away from it. There are buses to Kazanlak and Plovdiv every day. The pine forests of the surrounding area give you opportunities for long walks and relaxation. People in the village are very friendly.
