This lovely piece of land is located in a nice small village only 20km from Bourgas - the fourth largest Bulgarian city with an international airport and a regional administrative centre. 45 km (28 miles) away is the popular sea resort Sozopol that is an ancient town with preserved old architecture and many places of interest; at the same time providing all modern entertainment facilities.
