Enjoy the calm of the village where this property is located. Many foreigners already do it.
The house stands just next a pine forest in a village 20km. away from the town of Dolna Mitropolya and 30km. away from the city of Pleven. One of main water sources in Bulgaria – the river of Iskar in the region offers opportunities for fishing only a kilometer away from the village.
The house(160 sq.m.) stands at the front end of a 1940 sq.m. vast garden. Ground floor: a spacious room and a corridor with white washed walls and wooden flooring and windows frames. First floor: three bedrooms, corridor and a terrace. There is wooden flooring and double glazed windows with wooden frames. The rooms are wallpapered.
