Bulgarian property only is located 25 km away from the town of Lovech(administrative center in north-central Bulgaria) and some 200 km. from Sofia and its airport.
The authentic Bulgarian two-storey house is built 1925 with a summer kitchen.The house provides living area of 80 sq m which is distributed as it follows: On the ground floor of the house there is a basement separated in 3 premises. On the first floor of the house there is a verandah plus 3 rooms. The floors are earthen except in one of the rooms where it has linoleum. The walls are white washed and the windows are glazed. The property is supplied with electricity and water in and outside. There was a telephone line and reinstalling it is not going to be a problem. A septic tank is available. The house is old and needs partial repair and refreshment of the first floor’s flooring. An asphalt road leads to the property and makes it easily accessible.
