Bulgarian property only is located 25 km away from the town of Lovech(administrative center in north-central Bulgaria) and some 200 km. from Sofia and its airport.
The authentic Bulgarian two-storey house is built 1925 with a summer kitchen.The house provides living area of 80 sq m which is distributed as it follows: On the ground floor of the house there is a basement separated in 3 premises. On the first floor of the house there is a verandah plus 3 rooms. The floors are earthen except in one of the rooms where it has linoleum. The walls are white washed and the windows are glazed.
