The village stands in the illustrious Rose Valley between the magnificent mountains of Sredna Gora and Stara Planina and only a few minutes driving from one of the biggest dam lakes of the country Gzherchevo Dam Lake. It is very close to the motorway connecting the capital- Sofia (230km. away) and the sea coast (Bourgas on 180km. distance). The living area of the house briefly consists of two rooms and a corridor.
