Genaral Information
It is a wonderful holiday house located near the centre of a beautiful mountain village just 20 km. away from the town of Troyan and 25 km. from the town of Sevlievo.
The property spreads on 1004 sq. m. of living area and embraces a holiday house, a former school, a separate building built as a dining area and a garden of 9366 sq. m..
The holiday house is built on three storeys plus an attic, a basement and provides 384 sq. m. of living area. The basement of the building has a night-club, a gambling hall (located under the spacious terrace) and a room for the boiler.
Ground floor: a reception-room, a staff room, a dining-room, a kitchen, a toilet and a terrace.
The first, second and third floor have the same layout. They embrace a suite, seven rooms each with a separate toilet, two staff rooms, a bathroom/toilet and a lobby. The school is not well-maintained and it needs a lot of repairing work before being ready to live in - replacing the old flooring with a new one, checking the roof, new rendering, repainting of window-frames, refurbishment and adapting to the new owner’s taste and needs.
The separate one storey building designed as a dining area provides 200 sq. m. of living area and consists of a dining-hall, a big kitchen and a lavatory. The flooring is tessellated, the walls are painted, the ceiling is plastered and painted with latex and the frame windows are steel. The building is quite solid and it presented in good condition throughout, still it needs, repair of some rendering cracks, refurbishment and furnishing. The whole of the property is provided with electricity, running water, a septic tank, central heating and it is connected to the main drainage system.

What’s more it is appropriate for hunting and fishing, actually a river flows in close proximity to the property. Local shops, municipality, a post office and a church are all within walking distance. Regular bus transport to the towns of Sevlievo and Troyan is available, too.
