The hotel is located in the very centre of the former capital of Bulgaria - the city of Veliko Tarnovo.Furthermore, it has been functioning for five years now and it is offered for sale fully equipped. The total built area is 1124 sq. m. and it is distributed between the accommodation part ( 792 sq. m. ) and the commercial part ( 332 sq. m. ). It is a three-star hotel which offers 18 double rooms. Each room embraces an en-suite bathroom ( supplied with a shower cabin and a hand dryer ), a TV set and a telephone line. All the rooms are with laminate floorings. They are nicely furnished and very comfortable. The hotel houses as well a lobby-bar ( +a fully furnished kitchen to it ) of 24 seats which is very smart and perfect for having some freshening drink and chatting with friends, a restaurant ( +a fully equipped kitchen to it ) of 36 seats and a conference hall for 15 people which benefits from a very spacious panoramic terrace offering breathtaking views towards the whole town. However, the conference hall has not been finished yet. The restaurant leads to another terrace which is sheltered and that is why it is perfect for being converted into panoramic restaurant which could be used in the winter. The hotel benefits from a sauna for 2 people. There is as well a laundry room which is provided with a drying appliance. A local oil-fired heating system is provided. There are 3 offices available ( each one supplied with an en-suite bathroom ) for the stuff. The hotel offers parking lot for 5 cars but there is a very spacious guarded parking space in just 50 m from it. An inside elevator is provided. The hotel meets all safety standards and functions in accordance with the Bulgarian and European requirements. The town of Veliko Tarnovo itself is a major tourist destination and is the old capital of Bulgaria boasting an old, largely renovated section of town very popular with tourists, the Tsarevets Fortress with light shaw at nights, excellent restaurants, night clubs and all the comforts of a major town without being very large. In the region there are innumerable places of interest to visit including monasteries and sites of historical interest as well as eco-trails, splendid mountainous countryside, hunting, fishing and even a day-trip skiing.
