A Bulgarian house located in the suburbs of Bourgas City in the calm and beautiful residential district of Sarafovo, just 3 km away from the city itself and only 100 meters from the beach.  The town of Nessebar located on a small peninsula, one of the oldest towns in Europe combines excellent opportunities for sea and cultural tourism, is 40 min. away. Its old part which will carry you away in the atmosphere of ancient times is included in the UNESCO World Heritage.
The largest Bulgarian sea resort Sunny Beach with its numerous modern hotels, fancy bars, pubs and discos; wide golden beaches is also in proximity - 40 min. driving away.
The two-storey Bulgarian house provides 130 sq. m. of total living area. Both floors have same disposition - 3 rooms and salon on each. Two big terraces are located on the second floor. The walls are plastered, the window work is wooden, and there is concrete plate between the floors. The house is in good condition and you may just refresh the interior, concerning your personal desire.
