Located near the center of a quiet, peaceful and beautiful village just 12 km. away from the rich in history town of Veliko Tarnovo this bulgarian property offers 90 sq. m. of living area plus 800 sq. of land. Built in 1957 on stone foundation with trimmer joists, the brick rural house is presented in a very good condition and is ready to live in. The main building of the property consists of a corridor, three room, a larder, a terrace, a living-room and a dining-room with a charming kitchenette. Another building is attached to the main house. The former coprises of a sitting-room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. All of the rooms have wooden floors, except for the concrete ones in the attachment, and plastered walls; some of the rooms are with wooden-beam ceilings, other - with painted ones.  A big cool cellar spreads under the first floor of the house - with attractive stone walls and wooden-beam ceilings - which can be converted in a nice tavern.
