The village where this Bulgarian property is in is small but well-developed (a shop and a medical centre are nearby) with splendid views and welcoming people where you can not get bored. A guarantee for this is also a nice fairly big Dam in the vicinity adapted especially for fishing and, of course, all woods and fields where you can go walking and enjoy the beauty of Bulgaria spreading in front of you!
The village is some 20 km. away from the town of Gabrovo, right in the foot of the Balkan.
The house offers 57 sq. m. living area. It has southerly exposure and briefly comprises of: three rooms, a cellar and a kitchen with white-washed walls, wooden window frames, wooden flooring in one of the rooms and linoleum in the other two. A cellar with cement floor and wooden window frames situated under the ground level offers about 20 sq. m. more space and can be used as a storage or turned into a traditional Bulgarian tavern (mechana). The house is supplied with electricity and running water and a connection to the sewerage system is possible. Telephone line can also be easily installed upon request. Although presented in acceptable condition with only a few cracks here and there it still needs some repair work and slight renovation in order to be brought up to modern standards.
Furthermore the property features a nice big barn and several other outbuildings giving lots of potential for development and a good-size yard (2000 sq. m.) where you can grow your own fruit and vegetables and which if landscaped can become a perfect spot for rest and relaxation.
