The village where this property is located in is very quiet with a population of about 900 inhabitants and it is quite popular as there is a dam lake for fishing nearby.
On the ground floor of the house there is a corridor, two rooms and a cellar. One of the rooms has a sink and an old fireplace which is in good condition and can be used for heating. Both rooms have wooden floors and big wooden beams for ceilings. They are clay-plastered and then limed. The cellar has a cement floor. An external staircase built of stone slabs leads to the first floor which has a small terrace and consists of three rooms. All of the rooms are clay-plastered and two of them are limed. There is another old fireplace in one of the rooms used for heating the second floor.
The garden is relatively big (1500 sq. metres), flat, with rich soil. The village is not far from the highway Sofia-Varna. It offers community cultural centre, food shops and a pub. There is regular bus transport to the nearest towns.
