Genaral Information
This attractive rural house built in 1933 is situated at the very centre of a historical village some 18 km. from the picturesque town of Lovech. It offers accommodation on two floors (one of which half-dug into the ground)and spreads over a total of 50 sq. m. living area. Briefly the disposition of rooms is as follows:Ground floor embraces two premises one of which is located for living and the other-used for breeding animals. Both rooms if properly redesigned can turn into a traditional Bulgarian tavern(mechana) or a vast guest-room. The flooring is earthen and the walls either plastered or plain stone. First floor contains three bedrooms and a kitchen with earthen flooring, plastered walls and nice wooden window frames.
Electricity, running water both inside and out and a septic tank are provided. Telephone can also be easily installed upon request. The property is in need of major restoration in order to become perfectly ready to live in. A lovely garden (700 sq. m.) can be used for growing your own fruit and vegetables and an outbuilding and a barn give lots of potential for development. The village itself is really small but well-developed with several shops and pubs and a famous museum dating from the Russian-Turkish war. Splendid rural nature spreads everywhere around the place and adds to the unique beauty and magnetism of this small piece of paradise!
