This cheap Bulgarian rural house is located in a village 35 km. away from Stara Zagora(sixth largest city in Bulgaria located in the central part of the country), not far away from the towns of Svilengrad and Simeonovgrad.
The house is positioned at the central part of the garden and provides living area of 120 sq.m. There are two rooms on the ground floor and two rooms and small terrace on the second one. The house needs refreshment and some renovation-the windows should be changed; the roof needs some repair work; some cracks on the plastering should be mended.
The garden is 1700 sq. m. of land vast enough to plant your own fruit-trees, vegetables, flowers.
Electricity, water and septic tank are not supplied at the property. . However a connection to an electric main is easy to be done. For water you could use a private well. An asphalt road leads to the property.
