This bulgarian property for sale is located in a small village 15 km. from Troyan and it offers a breathtaking view towards the mountains. It is at the end of the village and represents a house, farm buildings and a small garden. The brick house is built in 1930 and the total area of the two floors is 100 sq. m. The building is provided with electricity inside and running water outside, as well as spring water. The two rooms on the first floor are spacious and sunny, both of them white-washed. They have stone walls and wooden window frames, but they still need replastering and painting. An outside staircase leads to the second floor and the three rooms there which have wonderful view. The floors and the window frames are wooden, the walls are white-washed and there is a nice fireplace. Some of the ceilings need replastering. The roof is covered with stone slabs like most of the traditional old houses and this adds to the specific charm of the place.No bathroom or toilet is constructed inside the house, but one of the rooms on the second floor can be used for that purpose. There is no sewerage system or a septic tank either. An asphalt road leads to the property except for the last 20 metres and a car can be parked ouside in the street. The garden is relatively small and it needs some clearing. The village is very quiet, small, and most of the bulgarian houses there are used as holiday homes at weekends. Moreover, the village is just 10 km. from the famous Troyan monastery.
