Bulgarian Black Sea house located in a village near Shabla town and Durankulak, 4 km from the sea /nice view/, 4 km from Romanian border. It is a two story building which consists of two detached houses. Each of the houses is composed of: First floor: kitchen, living-room and bathroom, WC. Second floor: 3 bedrooms, and nice panoramic terrace towards the Sea. The garden is large and enough to have swimming pool. Many fruit plants and trees in the property - plums, cherries, apples, pears, peach, walnuts. In the garden there is a big garage and a new farm buildings. The property is easily accessible by an asphalted road. The area is easily accessible by car or bus, as a first-class motorway from Varna to the Bulgarian-Romanian border passes close to it. The region is suitable for rural tourism and there are conditions for development of water sports, hunting, fishing and practicing golf. Durankulak is one of the few places known only to keen ecologists and admirers of the virgin nature. Located just to the border of Bulgaria with Romania the place has its specific appeal. It is a stunning mixture of nature creations and archaeological riches. The Durankulak Lake is the best preserved coastal wetland with international importance for the preservation of more than 260 endemic and endangered species and it is often visited by foreign and Bulgarian nature preservation following. Because of this interest Durankulak developed in last few years as a site where ecotourism thrives. At the other hand archaeological discoveries also attract many experts and tourists. On the big island in the lake is the archaeological park “Bulgarian Troy” with the oldest monumental structure in Europe and the world largest Eneolithic settlement. This region is known with its splendid nature and ecological clean air. Very close to the village is Krapetz, situated on the seashore and is surrounded by fields and gardens. The coast is steep, the beach strip is narrow, around 6 km long and reaches Durankulak. There are virgin sand dunes where birds nest and hibernate. 1 km northeast of Krapets is located the Durankulak lake. The sand strip encloses a firth with lightly salt water. Its depth reaches 4 m. The lake is rich in fish species and different birds nest around it. There is an island in Durankulak Lake. A prehistoric necropolis, the Temple of Kibela, of about 2 500 years, has been discovered there. Places of interest: Kamen briag, Kaliakra cape, Taukliman.
